Philco and Associates, Inc is in Salem Oregon and was started in 1982 by PhillipWeaver. Philco warehouses and distributes various building materials to the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle industries in Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia. Philco started out in a rented 10,000 square foot building. In a short time the space was expanded to 15,000 and then to 25,000 square feet. In 1993 Phil purchased land and built a new 40,000 square foot building. We have purchased additional land next to our building for future expansion. Philco was started with customer service as the main goal and that has not changed. Our success has been based on customer service, on time delivery and standing behind the products we sell. When a problem does arise, we correct the problem quickly.

Phil Weaver entered into the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle industry with Triangle Home Products in 1964. Tom Hilgers joined the industry with Triangle Home Products in 1971. Richard Creighton has been with Philco since 1996.
